EL Pelado De La Noche, Primetime Talk Show Premieres Tomorrow Night at 10PM on Azteca America



Los Angeles, May 14, 2012.- Azteca America is launching tomorrow night at 10:00PM El Pelado De La Noche, a bi-weekly, late night talk show mixing stand-up comedy sketches, music and interviews to deliver Azteca’s own version of Letterman meets Saturday Night Live through a unique Latino lens.

The show is hosted and produced by Sergio Bruna. Bruna, born in Madrid, Spain, arrived in Mexico on his own at the age of 15, looking for his father, and this is where his life adventure begins. As an immigrant himself, he shares a lot of the same life experiences as that of his audience.

The Spaniard’s use of Mexican slang comes from living in Mexico for many years and being surrounded by Mexican comedians Enrique Navarro and Eleazar Del Valle (Trapicio), his side-kicks in the show. The show is produced in the U.S. with a diverse cast from Mexico, Central America, Spain, Peru, Australia, Russia and the U.S.

El Pelado De La Noche will air on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 PM as part of Azteca America’s new primetime line-up. DIGITAL 43.2, DIRECTV/DISH/U-VERSE 39, COMCAST 77 & 199.
